N.I. Precision uses state‑of‑the‑art CNC machine tools and automation systems to manufacture precision components in a modern production factory environment . Help us deliver precision components for Aerospace, Defence and Advanced Engineering sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up and operating CNC 3 & 5 Axis Machining Cells
- Accurately producing precision components from engineering drawings—achieving exacting tolerances
- Upskilling junior machinists and apprentices on 3 and 5‑axis CNC machining centres
- Using measuring tools for in-process and final checks, verifying each part meets spec
- Supporting a lean, efficient production environment and collaborating in 5S.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in high‑precision CNC machining (3 and 5‑axis)
- Strong drawing interpretation and metrology skills
- Energetic, collaborative mindset with a flair for precision and problem-solving
