Inspection

All of our inspections are conducted in temperature-controlled conditions to ensure the highest level of accuracy. We’ve invested in a Hexagon Global S Chrome CMM machine, which ensures high-speed and high-precision inspections of components up to 3 metres long. This world-leading measurement technology is complemented by visual comparators, handheld inspection devices and the decades of manufacturing knowledge of our experienced team.

We have the inspection capabilities to measure your component along the X, Y, and Z axes, as well as to inspect hole positions and other key features. Inspections can be undertaken for first article inspections, first-off inspections and random testing. They are always tailored to your specified tolerances to ensure you get high levels of accuracy and reliable results.
